Since 3-room flats won’t be available in this launch, it’s likely that the site will attract affluent buyers with children. Fortunately, there are several renowned choice schools, such as Raffles Girls’ School and Raffles Institution, within a 15-minute drive, making it an appealing option for families seeking quality education for their children.


A huge release of 2,950 flats in the upcoming May 2023 BTO exercise will be spread across two sites in Tengah.

The first site will be conveniently situated on the future road Plantation Close, near the future Tengah Park MRT station. Just along the Jurong Regional Line (JRL), it is only a two-minute walk away. Tengah Plantation MRT station will also be within a short 10-minute stroll. Both of these stations are set to open in 2028, providing excellent connectivity. On the other hand, the second site will be located on future roads Tengah Park Walk and Tengah Park Avenue, just a short distance from the future Tengah MRT station that is scheduled to open in 2027.

However, Tengah is currently in the midst of development – no established amenities are available in the area thus far. It will likely take several years for the neighbourhood to fully mature.
